Multi-alt Server:
- Acquired after giving a Shadow Brace to the Inquisitor Liaison.
- Used in the crafting of an Erebus Guard.
- Used in the crafting of a Dragonclaw Scythe.
1-alt Server:
- The first of the five tiers of hellish gemstones.
- Acquired by giving the Cursed Obsidian Altar certain items; refer to the Cursed Obsidian Altar page for a list of items that the altar accepts in the exchange for the hellish gemstones.
- Five Jewel Infernal gemstones can be given to the Cursed Obsidian Altar for a Jewel Abyssal.
