Difficulty
Comment on the Time Knight's difficulty rating.
I originally classed him as 4-star, but later reduced him to 3-star because he is designed for a large party of Expert crits rather than Archmasters, and he does not compare at all to things like the Blue Dragon, the two bodyguards and Giant Chameleon, which are much tougher.
(I cannot give the BD and GC 5-star ratings because those ratings are reserved for the super-tough bosses like Resca)

Drop Rate
20% for the drop rate seems dubious; I am pretty sure it is less than that. Personally I would say it is 10%, but since players are not allowed access to the actual drop rates as set by staff, I think something other than a percentage is needed, such as the word 'rare' or 'uncommon' in brackets, for example.
