Town Crier

Clothed in shoddy rags, the town crier stands in the middle of the street announcing events happening across the land.
General
- Located outside Boar's Tusk Inn within Nightmist, as well as numerous other cities.
- In the past has given new information to players, times of events, and/or other random uses.
