The tax lord is dressed in very expensive clothing. He is here to collect your gold...
Attacks and abilities
The Tax Lord has a fairly strong attack with his Golden Walking Stick, but it rarely connects, and he spends most of his time simply stealing your gold, which he gratefully hands back to the person who lands the killing blow!
