This woman looks completely mad, babbling proudly about the stone shard she seems to possess but willing to sell. She is certainly a wizard of some kind, but is absolutely caked in dirt and her hair is scraggly beyond belief.

- Enter through a Vortex Gate at the Gnarled Oak Tree in the Grassy Meadow to find her.
