- Killing a Lion Cub nets a heavy XP penalty.
- Be careful when a Lion Cub is paired with a Lion - if the Lion hides or dies, crits can so easily hit the Lion Cub by mistake due to the similarity of the names.
- Attacking them will summon the fury of numerous Lionesses, easily overruning small parties.
