General
There are two different versions of General Kasthil. One is the friendly NPC that sits in the General's Office in the western room of the southernmost part of the Castle Barracks in the Harabec Castle. Another is an enraged version, thus a boss monster, that appears only on the multi-alt server, he follows the intruder into the Royal Tomb appearing only when the intruder examines the southern of the three Open Crypts.
On the 1-alt server, existing only in the NPC form, he accepts five Services to Harabec Coins and shuns any lower than five; for giving him five he gives his key.
Attacks and abilities
The boss form of General Kashtil, enraged by the intrusion into the Royal Tomb and thus its defilement, attacks with his sword and his veteran skills in combat in an attempt to stop the intruder.

On the multi-alt server, upon defeating him the intruding inquisitors completes the task of the warrant #5621 by investingating the crypt, interrupted by General Kasthil in his enraged form, and discovers the Aetherium Paragon.

Notes
General Kashtil was once a staff-controlled player-character during the Arilin versus Harabec quest in 2004.
On the multi-alt server, there is an easter egg when the General is given the Aetherium Paragon. He does safely return it but says something in response.
