Inquisitor Clerk

A fairly low-ranking clerk of the Inquisition who seems to be in a pickle as he is hammering helplessly on their front door.
General
- Appears only on the multi-alt server.
- Found banging at the doors of the Inquisitor's Tower in Blackthorn.
- If given the Inquisitor's Key, he gives one gold for the trouble.
