Seth Sparrowhawk

As you pause and take notice of the ghostly figure infront of you, you see a large well presented man. Its hard not to notice a large hawk onto of his right shoulder, sat patiently. He is dressed in mostly leather, and carries a small spyglass in his hand, which he seems to use to watch creatures as they fly.
