Elbon the Adorner

A proud elf who stands tall and proud, Elbon handles pieces of jewelery as if they were small animals needing nurture, finding a place even for flawed gems, which he can spot with a single casual glance. He takes a glowing emerald and finds a place for it on a slender rapier as you enter his abode.
