Major Gowen

The officer in charge of the palace regiment, after General Kashtil. He is a little senile in his old age, but he is a man who still commands respect. He scans your body and you swear he cracks the smallest of smiles.
General
- Located in Harabec Barracks.
- Accessible by only Legendary Knights, he rewards you with Dragon Gauntlets in return for giving him Gauntlets of Virtue and Sthenias Medallion.

- Major Gowen is based on a recurring character of the same name from Fawlty Towers.
