Telatin is mastered Psionist. He uses his abilities to haunt the minds of his foes. His skills have taken the lives of many and he's not about to stop. He isn't friendly to those who complete his trial and isn't about to let that person leave with the bragging rights. It would destroy his reputation.

Notes

• Telatin on Multi-alt has been altered greatly. The spawn rate has been drastically lowered, so it will not spawn as often as it used to. Telatin on Multi-alt also has a chance to drop a Mage's Skull or an Opal Sphere instead of the usual Seal of Miscreation, preventing further progress into the Harabec Dungeon.
