• Located in one of the western rooms within the Castle Barracks of the Harabec Castle in Harabec.
• When asked about a particular grandmaster level, which are either 36, 37, 38, or 39, this NPC reports what is needed to gain access to the guild room. When asked about level 40, the NPC states simply that nothing more can be done.
