- Appears only on the 1-alt server.
- Acquired by giving items dropped by Bandits in the Royal Forest to a Harabec Guard.
- Giving one to the king of Harabec has him telling you to go see General Kashtil.
- Giving five of the coins to General KAsthil impresses him enough to yield his key.
