- Dropped by Mummified Priests in the Pyramid of the 3rd Moon, and the one on the lowest floor of the Pyramid of the Mortal God.
- Can be examined inside some of the Drow Domiciles in the Subterranean City.
- Used in the crafting of the Gem Encrusted Staff.
