A bald, elderly priest who knows the scriptures like the back of his hand. He leads the small procession for the monks, chanting deeply and occasionally reading from and writing to a scroll. He doesn't exactly look like the friendliest chap though.
General

- Located in the Monastic Chapel of the Arilin Cathedral.
- He is responsible for the ordainment of a level 38 Cleric to Grandmaster Class IV Priest].
- By giving him an Enchanted Silk, a Lifewater Potion, a Wraith Essence, and a tithe of a hundred thousand gold in the form of 100000 Gold Money Order, he will prepare and then give a Scroll of Depurate Undead in return.
- His name is a reference to Joseph D. Kucan, the actor who plays Kane in the Command & Conquer series.
