Though his clothing is odd, it is not the style or substance that pulls your sight. His skin hands in shreds as if it had been carved by his own sharp, curved fingernails. Attacks and abilities
Koschei's attack is a simple, brutal but thankfully slow attack that hits for over 300 points sometimes, and is hard to avoid and has the potential to round your Clerics.
Strategy
Use your Cleric support spells extensively, especially Consecrated Embrace to increase your damage against him. Holy Might increases stamina regain, so this is a good one to use as well.
There is a risk of Koschei's attack rounding a crit, so consider using armour spells such as Call upon Deity, Blessed Force and Almighty Retribution; these combined can reduce the effectiveness of an unabsorbed strike by a third, which has the side-effect of only requiring two rather than three heals to rectify.
