- Ten of these can be crafted into a Greater Elfstone, and contribute towards the crafting of a Glowing Cobalt Ring.
- Dropped (rarely) by the Drow Archmage and Koschei the Deathless in the Subterranean Waterways.
- Dropped by Shady Diggy, although he is near-impossible to kill.
