General Information
The Cauldron of Shadows is a jungle within a giant impact crater to the South of Jahanna Desert, surrounded by xeric scrubland. It is built primarily as a Grandmaster training area, where the monsters are high XP, have respectable gold comparable to the desert, and largely have low magic resistance, but are extremely dangerous to fight.
Points of Interest
At the dead centre of the crater is a structure known as the Temple of Sun and Shadow, the area's dungeon.
There are two encampments located within the jungle - one in the North-East and one in the South-East. The one in the North-East is known as the Inquisitors' Encampment and houses a detachment of Inquisitors, where the Marshal of the Inquisition can be killed for his Inquisitor's Key, while the other is the Tribal Settlement housing jungle natives. Their chieftain holds the Stone Key to the Temple of Sun and Shadow, and you must pass through this settlement to reach said temple.
