- Dropped by Balrog, a mini-boss inside of the Gnome Caves.
- Using the item reveals Tiggy's account of his time inside the Gnome Caves, his name also being the mumble key required to escape the Giant Chameleon.
- Tiggy gives you 7,500 gold if you give the Diary back to him.
