Abyssal Cultist

Not the most savoury of characters in town. This dark magician, despite having an air of brimstone about him, does seem to be at least helping in holding back the army of animated furniture that's run amok in Sarka. When not casting hellish incantations, he seems much more at home with some jewellery on his workbench.
General
- Located in the Sinister Workshop in Sarka.
- Uses jewel gems acquired from the Cursed Obsidian Altar to improve stat mod rings.
Crafts
Give the Abyssal Cultist 10 Hellish Tourmalines and one of the rings below to upgrade it. Note the base ring is level 35, but the perfect form is level 36. Upgrades in bold are different to the base ring's stat boost.
