Notes
- There is no Tavern in Cloud City.
- You cannot use /websell in Cloud City's bank, so anything you buy there must be carried back to Windia.
- Being on the Stormy Path reduces your hit rate by 50%, although this penalty does not apply when fighting Three-eyed Jack, as you're in the eye of the storm then.
