A rough-looking man with a dirty apron pulled over his shoulders, the snack vendor pushes his way through the throng of Coliseum spectators hawking his wares. His voice is loud and brash, rising above the din of the crowd.

- Located walking on the northwestern, northeastern, southwestern, and southeastern arc of the Plebeian Stands of Mandrake's Coliseum.
- When given a certain amount of gold, dispenses food or drink.
