General Information
The Sentant Range is Nightmist's main mountain range in the realm, consisting of, Mt. Fenowasty, Jahanna's Peak, Mt. Frostborn, its namesake and largest peak, Mt. Sentant, along with a narrow ridge of winding paths that link Fenowasty with Sentant and Jaanna's Peak. The ridge is the only overground route linking Nightmist City, Resthaven and the Jahanna Desert, and being treacherous and unstable necessitates the use of the Sewers and the Ancient Tunnels for everyday commuting.
Jahanna's Peak is unique in that it has a very different climate to the other three mountains, due to its proximity to the desert, and its status of being a dormant volcano, betrayed by the presence of Sulphur at the summit. Though merely dormant and not extinct, it has not stopped a group of Dvergar, lead by the enigmatic Sleeper, from establishing a stronghold and mithril mining operation within its interior, in a surprising mirror of the Drow inhabiting the Abandoned Mines and their Subterranean City underneath Mt. Melior.
